Attributing her success to determination, professionalism and ability to deliver quality work, Kim Magloire continues in her 18^th year as president of SciTech. As a educational services and test preparation company, SciTech relies on her expertise in identification of problems with schools’ approach to education to provide programs and classes. Ms. Magloire’s company was recently asked by the State of New Mexico to deliver a presentation on the whole college process to parents, students and administrators in one their schools.

Initially, Ms. Magloire became involved in her profession because she always liked science, mathematics and education, and wanted to establish a company that would educate on the college process, so that every child would have a chance to succeed. Now, she works directly with schools by revamping curriculum, evaluating guidance counselors, meeting with parents and advising them on how to navigate private schools and colleges, and assisting students to prepare for the SAT, ACT, and subject exams. In five years, Ms. Magloire hopes to write a book about education and grow the business to a global level.
