Wielding nearly 20 years in finance and customer services, Kelli Lanham continues in her eighth year building her expertise at Bivins Federal Credit Union. Currently as manager, she provides the credit union by helping return credit union earnings to members in the form of higher dividends and lower loan rates. In five years, Ms. Lanham hopes to grow professionally within the company.

Specifically, Ms. Lanham manages daily operations, including lending loans, overseeing loan origination, processing, closing and servicing. She also ensures customer satisfaction, while supervising tellers and staff. Ms. Lanham attributes her success to her on-the-job experience, and earned Club Woman of the Year in 2005.

Ms. Lanham became involved in her profession through her experience having previously worked in lending for a real estate office. She keeps abreast of changes in her career through her memberships with Dumas Business and Professional Women’s Club and Young Careerist Program. During her free-time, Ms. Lanham supports the local school and 4-H program.
