Ms. Gold completed law school and an MBA program in three years while working as a part-time law clerk, as well as working as a part-time manager for CVS drug stores. She previously served as an attorney for Capital Consulting Corporation from 1993 to 1996, before joining Hellerstein & Shore, P.C. from 1997 to 1999, where she represented creditors in bankruptcy and collection proceedings involving debtors. Ms. Gold joined JF Companies LLC as general counsel in 2006, remaining there for one year before moving to Reutzel & Associates LLC. She became the manager and owner of Gold Law Firm LLC in 2009, moving to Brown Kaplan Gold LLC in 2011.

Now, within Ms. Gold’s fourth year at Brown Kaplan Gold Law Firm, she provides legal services in the real estate law arena, while serving as an advisor to clients on complex transactions with multiple phases, simultaneous closings and multiple project representation. She also represents and advises developers, owners, builders, lessors, lenders and service providers within the real estate industry in all phases of acquisition and disposal of real property, contract preparation and negotiation, ownership, title review, due diligence, financing, leasing, easement acquisition, purchase and sale of business ownership interests and business law with regards to limited liability companies. In five years, Ms. Gold intends to continue advancing the firm’s presence.
