Ms. Kutes has 12 years of experience in the information technology and telecommunications fields, and she has managed some of the major systems conversions and integrations in South Africa, Canada and the U.S. She is PMP certified, and currently volunteers with the Seattle PMI chapter. In five years, Ms. Kutes intends to continue consulting with companies internationally.

Currently, Ms. Kutes is in her seventh year at AuroraView LLC, providing 14 years of information technology services as their vice president. Specifically, she draws upon her expertise in software development life cycle integration, telecommunications, and systems integrations, transitions, and conversions to modernized, new and improved systems. Throughout the years, she as attributed her success to hard work, the support she has received from her mentors and years of experience. Initially, Ms. Kutes became involved in her profession after experiencing a natural progression from development, group leadership to management roles.
