Having been with Prosperity Bank for a little more than half her career, Kay Toombs continues in her either year at the financial holding company, currently providing services as branch president. As an expert in strategic planning, and corporate and business accounts, her success at Prosperity Bank relies upon her hard work and professional ethics. In five years, she expects continued expansion and growth.

Specifically, Ms. Toombs handles the overall operations, planning, policies and practices as well as a variety of other strategic objectives set forth by the chief executive officer and board of directors, small business and corporate lending, deposit, savings, and credit. Initially, she became involved in her profession because she started working in the bank and enjoyed the financial industry. Ms. Toombs made a natural progression to branch manager, drawing upon the responsibilities she had learned throughout her career and while earning a bachelor’s degree.

Ms. Toombs keeps abreast of changes in her profession through her memberships with the Board of Director’s Economic Development Corporation and Board of Director’s Lions Club.
