Through her insatiable perseverance, acceptance of change, and desire for learning, Pamela Landry continues in her 16^th year at FormFast, Inc. As senior solutions and educational consultant, she provides the health care information solutions company with expertise in project implementation to provide them with fluid operations in electronic medical record systems, custom applications, form development and consultation services. In five years, Ms. Landry hopes to attain a managerial position.

Specifically, Ms. Landry trains information technology personnel within hospitals and medical centers, creates instructional videos and training materials for the product training, and is a resource for existing projects. The most invaluable knowledge she can pass along to future female executives is to learn how to negotiate. She initially became involved in her current profession through her need for a career change from interior design. Also, Ms. Landry has been and continues to provide supports to adults during their fitness journey as a team beach body coach. She believes, “part of your ability to help other people is to do self development, improve yourself, and grow your confidence; you have to project that confidence and ability to others so they know they can come to you: self development is key to your career to continue evolving as a professional.”

Ms. Landry received a Master of Business Administration through Brenau University in 2010, and has been enrolled in The Certified Professional in Learning and Performance. She previously received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in interior design in 1999, and has received the Award of Merit through the St. Louis Community College. During her free-time, Ms. Landy sits on the board of the Unity of Gwinnett Christ Center, and serves as coordinator of the Prayer Chaplain Program through the Unity of Gwinnett Christ Center.
