Continuing her her 30^th year of leadership development and human resources consulting, Katherine Hartvickson thrives in her fifth year at HR Business Partner on Demand as chief executive officer because she helps clients build their business by putting in a great amount of effort. There, she helps them set a strategic direction and engage all employees in accomplishing the goals, serving small to large companies with their people strategies. In the next five years, Ms. Hartvickson intends to continue to human resources leadership and talent development consulting services to companies who want to exponentially grow through business teams.

In the past, Ms. Hartvickson worked in progressively more responsible human resource positions with Occidental Chemical, S&W Fine Foods, Inc., E & J Gallo Winery, Diamond Growers, Blue Diamond Growers, Campbell’s Soup, American Standard and Trane / Ingersoll Rand. Before starting her own businesses, she rose to the level of vice president of human resources and talent development for an international company. However, she has always attributed her success to setting aggressive goals and remaining focused on achieving her dreams. Ms. Hartvickson also credits associating with like-minded professionals and using her innovative and creative skills to help others achieve their goals.
