Wielding 22 years of health care experience as a registered nurse specialist and charge nurse of the mental health department, Gloria Groomes continues to advance her professionalism with LifeStream Behavioral Center. As  a behavioral health can social services organization, LifeStream Behavioral Center relies on her to help provide quality-driven inpatient and outpatient treatment, residential, education, care management, rehabilitation and homeless services to children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Ms. Groomes also does public speaking on behalf of employee problems and staff education.

Ms. Groomes’ expertise include working with 25 patients in a shift, responding to psychiatric crisis and chronic medical issues, and immediate staff education as needed. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Florida A&M University and is certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. During her free-time, Ms. Groomes holds membership with the Florida Nurses Association.
