She is currently a claims adjudicator, and helps with group or individual dental, health, life, travel and disability coverage to uninsured individuals and employees who aren’t covered by their employer. Ms. Borg is specifically an expert in handling claims and pre-authorizations for adjudication and interaction with insurance companies.

Ms. Borg developed a solid foundation in insurance claims while liaising with insurance companies, prompting her transition into the insurance industry. In 1995, she received a Dental Office Assistant Certification from the University of the Fraser Valley. During her free-time, Ms. Borg supports Amnesty International, World Vision, Inc., SPCA, and Local Food Banks.
