Ms. Pedron is originally from France and served for 15 years as a sales and marketing manager in her native country, working with a number of countries and honing her marketing abilities. After moving to the United States in 2003, she started her business coaching service, Biba4Network, as well as founding My French Network, a networking service that helps French and European entrepreneurs start their businesses in the U.S. Committed to her occupational endeavors, Ms. Pedron’s strengths include networking, communication, writing, organizing, coaching and helping grow small businesses.

As she continues in her professional life, Ms. Pedron would like to continue to grow her business, increase her visibility and do more global speaking engagements. Already known as the “Connection Queen,” she wants to be remembered for giving back, helping others realize their dreams and helping women. Her compassion for women exhibits itself in her support of Dress for Success, a nonprofit organization that helps women prepare for economic independence.
